Data we process

The contact form collects your name, email address and message. Any phone number, company name or other details you include become part of your enquiry.

We also record the submission time, your acknowledgement of this information, a technical request identifier and the delivery status of notifications. These records support enquiry handling, duplicate prevention and protection against form abuse.

During subsequent work together, we process the contact, contractual and billing details needed to provide our services. Technical service providers also process operational data, such as IP addresses and website request details.

Purposes and legal grounds

We handle enquiries and prepare offers as steps towards entering into a contract. During service delivery, we process data to perform the contract. We retain accounting and tax records to meet legal obligations.

General questions, communication with company representatives and website security are based on our legitimate interests in customer communication and secure services.

Submitting the form is voluntary. We need your contact details and request to respond. The checkbox acknowledges this privacy information. This acknowledgement does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Access to your data

The Blue System team and the service providers needed to receive and handle your enquiry process the relevant data.

Macaly, operated by LANGTAIL.COM s.r.o., provides website hosting and email notifications. We use Convex to store enquiries and operate the form. The message is forwarded to our business email and a receipt confirmation is sent to your address.

The website uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel. These tools only start after you agree to measurement or marketing in the cookie banner. Until then no measurement data is sent. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.

Cookies and browser storage

When you switch between the light and blue background, we save your choice in your browser's localStorage under bluesystem-site-theme. This is not a cookie. It stays in this browser until you change it or clear this website's data.

Measurement and marketing tools only run with your consent. You can adjust or withdraw consent at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer. Detailed cookie and processing terms are also on the provider's page.

Clear stored settings through this website's data in your browser settings. Your next visit starts with the default light background. Links to social networks and project examples lead to other websites, where storage follows that website's own rules.

Website hosting and form storage

The website runs on the Macaly platform, operated by LANGTAIL.COM s.r.o. Whenever a page is loaded, the server records operational data: IP address, request time, the address of the page visited and browser details. We need these records to deliver the page, to secure the website and to investigate technical incidents.

We store submitted forms in the Convex database. The stored record contains your name, email address, message, submission time, acknowledgement of this information, a technical request identifier and the delivery status of notifications. The record supports enquiry handling, duplicate prevention and evidence that you read this information before submitting.

Stored messages are not publicly accessible. Only authorised Blue System staff and technical administrators can access them. Traffic between your browser and our website is encrypted using HTTPS. Retention periods are described in the Retention section.

Processing outside the European Economic Area

Technical service providers also involve suppliers outside the European Economic Area. Macaly's processing terms require appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

Retention

We retain questions and enquiries which do not lead to a project for no more than one year after resolution. If we work together, we process the data needed to perform the contract throughout the relationship and subsequently for the period needed to meet legal obligations or protect legal claims.

We retain billing data for no more than ten years from the end of the tax period in which the tax document was issued.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data and correction of inaccurate details. Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you also have rights to erasure, restriction of processing and data portability.

You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Send your request to agency@bluesystem.cz. If you believe the processing infringes your rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
